- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for items returned in original condition and packaging within 14 business days of receipt. The item must be unused and not damaged. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at official.bookato@gmail.com with your proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and you will not be charged any fees for the refund.
- Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Sealed items that are unsealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care items)
- Products that have been damaged by the customer or used in a way other than intended
- Partial Refunds
If an item is returned in a condition that prevents full resale (e.g., opened or damaged packaging), a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the item upon inspection.
